The Tutorial and the Development-page link

Is there a slight mistake in the Development-page? The "OS Development Series"-link takes you to the Resources-page, where you can click a link with the same name that takes you to the os tutorial. This seems unnecessary. Why doesn't the link on the Development-page take you directly to the tutorial? I see this as a usability problem.
