Dennis Ritchie, who created the C language, died over the weekend. He was 70.

The sad fact is that most of the world wont know that one of the founders of modern computers is gone.

Dennis Ritchie is one of those people who's made an unusually large effect on the world. Regardless of whether you appreciate his work, without him the world would be very different.
When life gives you lemmings, keep them safe.
