just a little bit of feedback, article 6 is long, but doesn't explain the code as well as the other, code pops up in the article that isn't explained.

it seems like you just wanted to get past the boot loader, i'd suggest breaking it into 2 seperate articles, and maybe explaining the code a bit more

not trying to be rude, because this series covers a topic that no one else does, and does it very well, I just get hung up when code is shown, but not explained

I disagree.

I don't see any code in tutorial 6 that is under-explained. Which bits were you thinking of?

However, I would say that the article as a whole seems to go on without a clear direction. It might be an idea to have a more structured introduction that explains the steps involved to load a file from a FAT12 volume.

That tutorial actually needs to be updated soon. I think Tutorial 11 describes things better then tutorial 6. I would like to see if there is a way that I can describe the topic at hand without duplicating the content (Tutorial 6 and tutorial 11 basically cover the same thing when loading files). If you dont understand something in tutorial 6, take a look at Tutorial 11 -- it may make things clear and is more up to date :)

If anyone has suggestions to improve the tutorial, please let me know and Ill see if it can be updated soon :D
